The game plan
Gimbal creates a free 0/0 Gremlin token at the start of each of your end steps — and it enters with +1/+1 counters equal to the number of differently named artifact tokens you control. Collect eight different token types and that Gremlin shows up as a trampling 8/8. Twelve types? A 12/12. Every turn, for free.
Academy Manufactor is the card that makes the deck actually explode: whenever you'd create a Clue, Food, or Treasure token, you get one of each instead — instantly tripling your token diversity off cards like Tireless Tracker or Gilded Goose.
Win conditions
- A wide board of ever-growing trampling Gremlins, copied further by Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer.
- Rise and Shine, overloaded, turning every artifact you control — including artifact lands and token — into a 4/4 attacker.
- Mechanized Production on a Gremlin token: eight copies and you win outright.
